"Ocean Spoon". A Theatre Show

A theater show inspired by Wisława Szymborska (1923-2012)

Szymborska sees the man with a sharp eye and examines life from a bright perspective while refraining from over-sentimentality.

Her poetry deals with time, history, the cosmos, and the man’s relations with his surroundings.

After a fascinating process, two characters were created, two different faces of Szymborska’s personality as reflected by her poetry; two travellers with no place or definition, time transcending characters who came from nowhere and go nowhere.

“She fulfills my definition of what an important artist should be: profound, but always remembering that his obligation is to entertain the reader.” – Woody Allen
